Host An Event

Want to volunteer? Become a vendor? Host an event? Contact the Lucas Area Chamber of Commerce

The Lucas Area Chamber of Commerce invites you to host an event during this year’s Adam’s Apple Festival! It’s a fantastic opportunity to promote your business or organization, thank your patrons, raise awareness, or bring some fun to the community.

We’re especially looking for activities geared toward teens and young adults, as these were among the top requests in the 2024 post-festival survey. We have provided a list of those requests below for your brainstorming.

Whether you're planning a fundraiser, an interactive game, a performance, or a pop-up activity, this is a great way to get involved. There’s no fee to host an event, and it’s a great chance to showcase what you do.

Before you begin planning, please check in with the Lucas Area Chamber of Commerce to make sure no one else is already coordinating a similar activity.

Event hosts are responsible for any costs associated with their event.

Let’s make this year’s festival even more engaging and inclusive—we’d love to have you involved!
